Reigning champions Kitara FC will take on Kampala Region side CATDA FC, who host their matches at Kakungulu Memorial School playgrounds. Express FC, one of the joint record holders, faces a trip to Yumbe to challenge West Nile Region’s Total FC. KCCA FC will also head to Arua for a showdown with Kuluva Rainbow FC, while last season’s finalists, NEC FC, will travel to Lira to play against Big League side Blacks Power FC.

With no seeding in place, all 32 teams were drawn from a single pot, and the first team drawn in each fixture will host the match.

The tournament follows a single-elimination format, meaning each match will be a knockout fixture. If a game ends in a draw after regulation time, it will go directly to a penalty shootout to determine the winner.
